CHANGE YOUR INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT FROM PERSONAL TO BUSINESS ACCOUNT

to change your Instagram account from personal account, just follow the following steps
first, log in to Instagram application if you haven't account just sign up.

second, log in to your Facebook account, if you have page already its good but if you haven't create page (Facebook page). to create Facebook page go to the options bar

then    create page (FACEBOOK PAGE)

after creating page return to Instagram account.

go to setting then you will see (try to switch to business account click okay then connect with your Facebook page.
