how to HARD RESET TECNO CX

To hard reset tecno cx follow the following procedures;-

1. Turn off the phone by pressing the Power key for a few moments.
2. Now hold down Volume Up and Power keys until Tecno logo appears on the screen your device.
3. After that release the Power button and if you see Android Robot let go of the Volume Up key.
4. Then use Volume Up + Power keys one more time to enter Recovery Mode.
5. Success! You are in expected mode.
6. In this mode use Volume keys to scroll down and the Power button to confirm it.
